Fees to Know About
Flat Fee MLS Realty deducts $400 from the buyer’s agent commission at closing — it is not an additional fee owed by the seller, and if there is no buyer’s agent, no fee is due. A $499 closing coordination fee is paid to Flat Fee MLS Realty at closing, regardless of which title/closing agent is selected. See our FAQ for details.
